We are committed to recognising and respecting your privacy rights by i) keeping you informed, ii) asking permission for use of photographs for either marketing, promoting or evidence of participation in projects, giving each participant the option whether to opt in or opt out.
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, and where necessary have it amended or removed.
We do not pass on any personal information to third parties
We only collect, use and hold information that we need for the duration of each project.

1) Securing your personal Information
J&S Opening Doors CIC will take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We restrict access to those who have a need to know. We will store all the personal information you provide on a password protected standalone computer and all hard copies of personal information is stored in lockable cabinets
2) We do not pass on any personal information to third parties
Social Media: Promoting and Marketing Projects
For participants who give permission to use photos for Promotion or Marketing purposes, personal details are not included with photos, you have the right to amend or remove permission any time
For those participants who attend more than one project
You will be asked to complete new personal details, general liability release and photo, video release forms
How long do we keep your personal information?
All personal information is removed from our records after the end of each project. All paper-based documentation is destroyed.
All photos on our website are archived in our photo galleries under each separate project.
You have the right to: Ask us for confirmation of what personal information we hold about you, and to request a copy of that information.
Request that we delete the personal information we hold about you, as far as we are legally required to do so
Ask that we correct any personal information that we hold about you which you believe to be inaccurate.
Request to Opt out at any time where we use photographs for marketing or promotional purposes
